Focusing on Life: in two

Our focusing on life prompt this week is in two. Sally noticed that thing often come in two's.I am showing my favorite pair of salt and pepper shakers. A pair of bulldogs. My sisters bought them for me when they were on a vacation together. Since we have had 6 bulldogs they were very appropriate. Aren't they cute? To see what the other participants posted go to Sally's blog at http://thestudiosublime.com/

  1. Ah, sweet, Becky, they remind me of an aunt who had a HUGE collection of shakers from around the world (don't know where they ended up after she passed).

    1. Thanx Lynn. My last bulldog passed away Easter morning. I have had 6 of them. They all had common traits but they also had very distinct personalities. Bulldogs are one of the smartest dogs I have ever known.

    1. Thanx Mary. I agree bulldogs are unique creatures. They have made me laugh many times. My female was named Rose and she had rose buttons sewed onto her collar so the pepper shaker reminds me of her.

    1. Thanx Adrienne. Bulldogs have so much charm and personality. If you ever get one you will want more. They do have several health issues though and the average lifespan is only 5 to 8 years. I wish I had another one right now.
